History and profile
LU7DKO · background and institutional activity
A concise route through LU7DKO's amateur-radio background, institutional work and site archive.
Amateur radio
Radio as a hobby, a learning path and a meeting point
LU7DKO is my amateur radio call sign. This website gathers a selection of operating, educational and institutional activities connected with amateur radio.
Over time, the hobby has led to field operations, special events, training of new operators, cultural projects and work with the Radio Club Grupo DX Bahía Blanca.
This English version provides an international entry point to the main projects and archival material. The Spanish version remains the primary and most detailed edition.
About
LU7DKO
Marcos Oscar Kraser, amateur radio call sign LU7DKO, based in the Bahía Blanca area of Argentina.
My Argentine amateur radio license is in ENACOM's SUPERIOR category. ENACOM currently lists Novice, General and Superior as the operating categories; Special is a distinction available to Superior-category operators and does not add operating privileges beyond Superior.
I currently serve as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Radio Club Grupo DX Bahía Blanca (LU3DXG). In courses for new amateur radio operators, I am responsible for applicant registration, follow-up and examinations. I also serve as the Radio Club’s technical representative before ENACOM for the HERTZ system.
Secretary of the Board of Directors.
